250 Reasons to lose weight before May 1st!

Who needs 250 reasons to lose weight before May 1st?

 

 

That’s right! We are giving away $250 to the winner of our Bootcamp Weightloss Challenge!
I want to do several of these each year and I want the number of participants and the prizes to grow!
I started out with $250 because I am hoping to get at least 10 people to join and focus on their fitness and weight loss for 6 weeks.
I hope that we get more! Because if we do that means I can give away more money. So tell your friends and family and co-workers and maybe we can double it to $500!
Here’s what you have to do to win!

COMMIT
You must sign up for the 6 week program and pay $125 for the bootcamp and $20 to the prize = $145 total
Program begins on Monday March 19th and ends on Monday April 30th 2018.
Current Bootcampers can enter by paying only the $20 towards the prize.

CHECK IN
You must check in online through our various social media platforms.

In order to be in the running for the $250 grand prize you must check in a minimum of 15 times from March 19-April 30

TRACK YOUR FOOD
In order to be in the running for the $250 grand prize you must track your food through out the entire program March 19-April 30. Its only 6 weeks! The purpose of this is so that each of you can become aware of how much, or how little, we eat everyday…and what the foods we eat are made up of. This will help us to see where we can eliminate unwanted calories. I’m sure many of you have heard the phrase, “80% of weightloss is diet and 20% exercise.” This is very true…it’s impossible to out run a bad diet. In order to be successful and reach your goals you must change the way that you eat!

EXERCISE
Exercise is very important when it comes to weight loss. It helps us to strengthen our bodies and our minds. It gives us more energy and self confidence. It helps change our body’s composition. It makes us healthier. It strengthens joints, tendons, and ligaments. It lubricates our joints. It helps us sleep better and longer. It helps us burn off stress. It teaches us life lessons about self improvement. It helps us to think clearer. It helps speed up our metabolism. I could go on all day, but you get the point…IT’S IMPORTANT!
All participants must show up to a minimum of 15 classes over the 6 week time period from March 19-April 30. There are 11 classes per week at Alpha Tennis and Fitness in Harmarville.
Monday 6-645am & 7-8pm
Tuesday 10-11am & 7-8pm
Wednesday 6-645am & 7-8pm
Thursday 10-11am & 7-8pm
Friday 6-645am & 6-7pm
Saturday 9-10am

You can show up to as many classes as you want each week! The more you put in the more you will get out of this program. I like to sit down with every new bootcamper and talk about when it is realistic for them to attend classes according to their own individual schedule.

MEASUREMENTS
Each participant will be required to have their measurements and photo taken at the beginning and end of the challenge. We will do inches around the arm, leg, and belly button, body fat %, and weight. All of the measurements will be used to decide the winner among the participating candidates. Weight will be calculated according to TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF BODYWEIGHT LOST, not just total number of pounds!
